Our Voices publishes reviews and guides for community groups, nonprofits, and independent publishers. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit ourvoices.net.

Reading this site

You can read every article without an account. We do not run sign-up forms, comments, reader surveys, ads, or a mailing list on this site. We do not add audience analytics, advertising pixels, or affiliate tracking to our pages.

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We do not track you across other websites. Browser signals such as Do Not Track do not change that approach.

Hosting and page delivery

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site. Like other hosting services, it processes technical details needed to handle a visit. These can include your IP address, the requested address, browser details, and traffic or security information. Cloudflare may process that information in countries outside your own. Its privacy policy explains its data practices.

Our pages use the AMP web format. Your browser requests the files that run the page and menu from cdn.ampproject.org. That request shares ordinary connection details, such as your IP address, with the service delivering those files. Article images are served from our own site.

We do not add cookies for ads or reader tracking. Hosting or network services may use technical data to keep pages available and address abuse. We do not keep a separate database of individual readers or copy routine visitor request logs into our publishing records.

If a search engine or another service shows a cached copy of an article, that service also handles your visit under its own privacy terms.

If you email us

The contact address for Our Voices is info@ourvoices.net. A message may contain your email address, name, and anything else you choose to send. Please leave out passwords, payment details, student records, and other sensitive information.

We use correspondence to address the request it contains. If we receive a request to correct or delete information in that correspondence, we will review what we hold and what we can remove. We may need to retain a record to handle an unresolved request or meet a legal duty. We do not use incoming messages to build a marketing list.

Links to other websites

Articles link to product pages and useful resources. Those websites have their own terms, cookies, and privacy rules. Visiting a link lets the destination receive the normal details of your request. Our Voices does not control how another site handles them.

There are no active affiliate links on this site at launch. If we add affiliate links in the future, a purchase through one may earn us a commission. We will label that relationship where it is relevant and update this policy. A possible future commission is not a claim that a current link pays us.

Editorial identity and images

Mira Ellis is the editorial pen name used for the author, editor, and webmaster of Our Voices. The profile image is an illustration. The name and portrait do not represent a separate person with claimed professional credentials.

Our publishing work uses AI assistance for research, writing, editing, and original artwork. Product logos remain the property of their owners. Conceptual artwork is labeled as an illustration; it is not evidence of hands-on testing or an authentic view of a product interface.
